A wonderful custom which facilitates the parents to be to get a lot of useful stuff as gifts for their unborn baby is by way of a shower party. This is a party which is arranged by close friends and family of the parents to be and each person gifts them with something which the new baby will require. The shower party helps parents to get most of the baby things they will need prior to the baby’s birth so that they do not have to worry with the additional expense and it is also the thoughtfulness of the friends and relatives which really matters. In some regions this is done only after the birth of the baby, still the proverbial baby shower is done before its birth.

If you have rich friends that are always thinking of ways of investing, you will be surprised that one might give your baby a gift of stocks. For those babies that have received such gifts and had parents that were smart enough not to sell the stocks, they grew up to find that the stocks had seriously increased in value. So , if you can afford it, why not buy stocks as baby gifts for your friend’s new born baby? The boy or girl will mature and eventually grow up and will still appreciate the present.
