I need help with daycare advice? What are your experiences w/ paid vac./personal for your daycare providers?

My daycare provider wants each family to paid for 3 days of paid vacation/sick + HOLIDAYS for her family. I am only bringing my daughter there 2x/week and 3 days + vacations days seems like alot. So I want to know if this is standard.
