Texas: Seven Killed in Crash
A car collided with a van from an adult day care center in Starr County, in South Texas, killing seven people in the van, the authorities said. The driver of the car, who was not hurt, failed to yield and faces seven counts of negligent homicide, said a Department of Public Safety spokesman, Johnny Hernandez.
